Well let's see. I started it around 4:30 and it should be finished in 20 mins. 12 hours. I got home to find it telling me 7 more hours. I restarted and it said 2 minutes. Woot! So then I do get in only to find my custom UI no longer works and I can't see portions of my screen. I log out rename the default which should fix it...only it started the patch back up for another 30 mins.
